I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) with 10+ years of experience providing individual counseling for age 18+ clients in Seattle, WA. In addition to my current private practice, I've previously worked in community mental health settings and Kaiser Permanente in the Puget Sound region.
I am an interactive and integrative therapist with a goal of providing a stigma-free and affirming therapeutic experience for every client. My therapeutic approach is to provide support and practical skill-building to help clients improve their mental well-being and effectively address personal challenges.
I integrate complementary methodologies and techniques to offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each client. With compassion and understanding, I work with each individual to help them establish strengths-based treatment goals to attain the personal growth they are committed to achieving.
